General Rules

*PLEASE READ* IMPORTANT STUDIO RULES

By booking this studio, you are agreeing to comply with all of the rules listed below. Failing to obey rules may result in booking period ending early without any refund. In addition, if you fail to obey rules and damage property you may be charged extra fines.

PROHIBITED:

-no shoes on the rug

-no standing on the furniture including COUCHES

-no food or drinks on the furniture and rugs

-no smoking in building

-no alcohol in building

-absolutely no pets

-do not disturb neighbors, LOUD MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED and no loitering in the building's hallways

-no burning of candles

-STUDIO DOOR MUST BE CLOSED AT ALL TIMES

-do NOT move hung art, only chairs and small items such as books, columns, vases, etc can be moved

- no feathers, glitter, confetti, sand, paint, aerosol spray cans, fireworks, weapons, and any small particles that are difficult to clean. You will be charged a damage fee if the couches or rugs are left with glitter, flowers, and other small particles on them.

PROPERTY AND FURNITURE DAMAGES

You are responsible for leaving the loft the exact way it was prior to your booking. The loft is inspected before booking begins and right after booking period ends. If there are damages done to the property or furniture, there will be charges billed.

OVERTIME FEE:

No free overtime. To avoid overtime charges please ensure all crew, guests, and equipment is outside of the room when booking period ends. All overtime fees will be charged 2x the hour rate by 30 minute increments.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

MISCELLANEOUS FEES

-Furniture not returned to its original location may result in fees starting at $50

-If you would like for furniture to be moved, please contact us or add it as an "ADD ON" charge.

-If restroom keys are lost you will be charged $35

COVID-19

All bookings must comply with COVID-19 CDC guidelines: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/prevention.html

The space will be disinfected after every use and hand sanitizer will be provided. The bathroom is located right across the hallway so you can easily wash your hands and get paper towels if needed.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

All wall decorations may not be removed. Large furniture CANNOT be moved ( such as our couches and extremely heavy solid marble tables). You are welcomed to carefully move vases, chairs, books, and other small pieces around to your liking. Remember that all moved pieces and decorations must be placed back to their original location BEFORE the shoot ends. Or else we will charge moving fees.

*IMPORTANT*

Our studio contains extremely costly furniture pieces. Please do not move them unless we discuss doing so with you before your booking. Our tables are all solid marble/stone and can easily break. Our couches are all custom made/ reupholstered and if damaged/ stain we WILL have to charge you substantial fees.

Lighting description

Our loft contains large east facing 8 foot windows. The loft receives plenty of natural light especially in the morning-afternoon hours. The windows have a covering that may be rolled down to block the sunlight as well as sheer long curtains which maybe also be used if you wish to not have a lot of direct sunlight.

The space has the following features:

• Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

• Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
• Disposable masks / face coverings
• Hand Sanitizer

NEW! Extremely spacious 2000 sqft photo studio. Our studio is located in the heart of downtown LA and has a modern aesthetic with a minimalist warmth to it. The studio contains unique high-end furniture pieces as well as one on a kind artwork. There are endless ways to get creative and make your vision come to reality here.

Paid onsite parking, Metered street parking, Nearby parking lot

Parking description

Our building has onsite pay parking under our building. If the lot happens to be full, there's several parking lots across our street. Meter parking is also an option if available.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The loft does not have soundproofing so be respectful of our neighbors and do not play extremely loud music. The inside of the building is generally very quiet. In addition, since the loft is on the 6th floor you are farther away from sounds coming from the street.

Crew access

Stairs, Elevator, Freight Elevator, Ground Floor

Equipment loading description

There are several loading zones on the street of the building and there is also freight elevator access for large equipment. Please let us know if you will need to use the freight elevator.

No staging area available

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Common public spaces in the building such as restrooms and hallways.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

The room has plenty of outlets to use. There is also a circuit breaker located within the room. You are only allowed to access the circuit breaker with our permission.

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

Enhanced cleaning measures:

• The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
• High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
• Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
• Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
• Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
• Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
• Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
